However, Husret’s journey didn’t end there. Driven by a clear vision and passion for exquisite hand-knotted rugs, he decided to take on a new challenge in the United States. With his move, he aimed to create an entirely new endeavor centered solely on this ancient and exceptional art form.
Introducing Ruby Rugs in Berkeley in 2019, Husret’s enthusiasm for handmade rugs shows, as he passionately curates every piece that you see in his showroom. Despite his undying love for traditional rugs, Husret also harbors a deep appreciation for the modern rug styles showcased at the Ruby Rugs showroom.
